HADI TUBULAR TECHNOLOGY (FOR DOUBLE LIFE TUBULAR BATTERIES)
OKAYA
Hadi Tubular Technology has spines made of low antimony lead
alloy with selenium and tin to protect the lead spines from
anodic corrosion. While other manufacturers use gravity or low
pressure casting, OKAYA makes the spine by High Pressure “HADI’
casting Process at 100 bar. The tubular battery spines are
embedded in a relatively low-density packed active material.
During long power cuts it offers high depth of discharge &
recovers from discharge quickly.
DOUBLE THICKNESS PLATES - XL SERIES

In Industrial batteries, the thickness of the grid plays a very
significant role in enhancing the life of the batteries. It also
increases active material used per AH of the battery. DigiTuff
series of Okaya batteries use Double Thickness Plates to
increase the life & performance of a battery on use with an
Inverter / UPS application.
30% EXTRA ELECTROLYTE

OKAYA Batteries have bigger containers to store 30% more
electrolyte so that you need to do water topping less
frequently.
LATEST PE ENVELOP SEPERATOR

Negative plates are fully covered with Daramic USA polyethylene
seperators to prevent their shorting with positive plates. OKAYA
does not use leaf type PVC seperators, which have high chances
of positive & negative plates shorting.
GLASS MAT USED FOR POSITIVE GRID
OKAYA uses
Japanese's glass mat on positive grids for longer life of
battery & better spread of electrolyte across positive plates.
FACTORY CHARGED BATTERIES
Factory
charging of batteries is as important to the battery life as is
mothers first breast feed to the new born child. Recognising
this OKAYA has 2 Mega Watt connection in each plant with 100%
generator back up to ensure flawless and uninterrupted first
charging for 72 hours.
99.994% PURE LEAD USED
OKAYA
imports best quality primary lead of purity 99.994% from
Australia. This ensures longer battery life.
QUICK RECHARGE FORMULATION
OKAYA
has a special paste recipe to ensure that OKAYA batteries can
recharge faster than other Inverter UPS batteries which ensures
that they are ready for reuse earlier than other batteries.
CERAMIC WATER LEVEL MANAGEMENT
Hydrogen
vapours are trapped back by ceramic vent plugs and condensed to
water. This ensures cleanliness and safety. This also ensures
low water loss and less water topping.
